At this stage we define together with the client what we mainly want to find out from the research, we pose research questions, formulate hypotheses, etc. Examples of research goals may include: understanding a social phenomenon, gaining an opinion on a specific social group, measuring changes over time and resulting trends in the future, reviewing previously applied solutions.

The main objective of this stage is to define the research methodology. Decisions concern issues such as the type of research (e.g. desk research, qualitative research, quantitative research), the method of collecting data and information (e.g. content analysis, questionnaire research, interviews), the research sample (nature of documents analysed, type of respondents, size of research sample).

In accordance with the adopted research methodology, we prepare appropriate research tools. Our offer includes both the preparation of tools for research based on secondary data (e.g. desk research, analyses based on statistical data) and primary data (e.g. research questionnaires, interview scenarios).

In this phase, we collect the necessary data and information. Depending on the methodology adopted, we use a variety of data sources. In the case of secondary research, these may be, for example, reports, publications, studies, official statistical data; in the case of primary research, these will be data and information obtained from respondents.

The analysis aims to answer the research questions posed. We use a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. In the case of quantitative analyses, we rely on both basic methods (e.g. descriptive statistics, correlation analysis) and advanced methods (e.g. econometric modelling, structural equation modelling) as required.

The results of the research are presented in the form of a report.The basic elements of the report are: a description of the research methodology, characteristics of the research sample, results of analyses along with their interpretation, conclusions and recommendations resulting from the research.At the client's request, we can enrich the report with additional elements (e.g. justification of the research problem, justification of the selected research methodology).
