Accreditation of the Erasmus+ Program in the adult education sector

We are pleased to inform you that in 2023 the Dobre Kadry Research and Training Center received the accreditation of the Erasmus+ Program in the field of mobility in the adult education sector. This means that from 2023 to 2027 we will receive funds for the implementation of mobility for four target groups:
-adults with sensory disabilities,
-adults with intellectual disabilities,
-mature women (age 50+),
-training and organizational staff of the Dobre Kadry Center.
As part of the funds received, we plan to organize short, weekly educational trips abroad, tailored to the needs and expectations of the indicated target groups. We are planning our first trips to Cyprus and Greece.

Organization of weekly study visits for employees and co-workers of the Dobre Kadry Center. In the years 2008 – 2009, funds were obtained for the implementation of three mobility projects to Portugal, Spain and Italy. Their effect was a significant increase in the potential of the Center’s employees, greater sensitivity to current problems of the labour market, in particular support for disadvantaged groups as well as establishing contacts with valuable organizations from abroad and developing ideas for future projects. Mobility was carried out as part of projects:

  1. Professional education of older people – with a non-governmental organization from Portugal
  2. ICT training for women from Small to Medium-sized Enterprises – with a training institution from Spain
  3. Training of disadvantaged groups – with a non-governmental organization from Italy
