Organization of weekly study visits for employees and co-workers of the Dobre Kadry Center. In the years 2008 - 2009, funds were obtained for the implementation of three mobility projects to Portugal, Spain and Italy. Their effect was a significant increase in the potential of the Center's employees, greater sensitivity to current problems of the labour market, in particular support for disadvantaged groups as well as establishing contacts with valuable organizations from abroad and developing ideas for future projects. Mobility was carried out as part of projects:
- Professional education of older people - with a non-governmental organization from Portugal
- ICT training for women from Small to Medium-sized Enterprises - with a training institution from Spain
- Training of disadvantaged groups - with a non-governmental organization from Italy
