The main objective of the project is to develop a tool that allows a comprehensive assessment of the competencies and predispositions of representatives of potential employees/administrative staff of the university (preparation for work, readiness to work in a team). By competencies we mean knowledge, skills and attitudes.
In the project we plan to develop 3 results:
R1. Preparation of comprehensive competency profiles for selected professions/positions in the group of administrative employees
R2. Substantive development of a set of questions/questions/problems to verify the level of competence of a candidate for a university administration job
R3. Development of an IT tool for assessing the competencies and attitudes of university administrative staff with a compendium for interpreting assessment results
